Tickmark Software ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of Croatia, having its registered office at Janeza Trdine 7, Rijeka, Croatia, that offers software solution services – Tickmark Audit Software and Tickmark  Reporting Tool. 

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as introduced by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council came into force in Croatia on 25 May 2018. We can proudly say that our business practices and personal data management are fully compliant with the GDPR policy.

Thanks to the standards and the internal rules that we enforce, we ensure full compliance with the legal conditions when receiving, processing, transmitting, and storing personal data both as Data Controller and as Data Processor. The safeguarding of personal data confidentiality and integrity is a key responsibility for us, and we treat it with all the necessary seriousness as a party within the Regulation scope.

Tickmark Audit Software is a cloud-based audit management software solution that allows optimisation of the audit work by supporting the project team’s work which is achieved through tailored audit procedures, plans, checklists, review procedures, archiving rules, and other activities relevant to the audit process, all in accordance with the International Standards of Auditing (ISA) or other auditing standards.

Tickmark Reporting Tool is a web-based software solution that allows easy compilation of different financial reports (such as Financial Statements reports, Management reports with KPIs and consolidates reports) based on the import of the Trial Balance. It can also be used in audit engagements for easy production of lead schedules and analytical reviews.

In order to provide Tickmark Services, at registration, we collect identification and contact data – for Customer - legal entity name, registered office, PIN, e-mail and telephone number for User - name and surname, number and e-mail address. When collecting and processing personal data we act as a Data Controller.

In order to provide Tickmark Services, we may process and use Customer’s and User’s data that Customer as Data Controller enters when using Tickmark Services, stored by Customer (using hardware or using cloud hosting services) or stored in the Cloud hosted by AWS. When processing personal data, we act as a Data Processor. 

In order to process your personal data for using Tickmark Services we require a legal basis.

By registering on https://www.tickmark-software.com/, by accepting Terms and Conditions for Tickmark Services and requesting access for new User/s you authorize us to act as Data Controller for submitted personal data.

By accepting Terms and Conditions for Tickmark Services you authorize us to act as Data Processor on your behalf and to engage our partner/s as Sub Processors, when required.

We take our information security responsibilities seriously and apply various precautions to ensure your information is protected from loss, theft or misuse.  Security precautions include appropriate physical security of offices and controlled and limited access to computer systems.

For any personal data stored in a cloud hosted by AWS, AWS as Data Processor/Sub-Processor applies security precautions as defined in AWS Service Terms.
