How do you define 1 user?

A company gets 1GB of storage for each user (audit team member) they have. For example, if there are five users in a company, then the company’s storage will be 5 GB.

Can additional storage be purchased, and at what price?

Additional storage can be purchased. The price for such a service is based on individual company needs, so, should such a need arise, feel free to contact us.

Can I try Tickmark Audit Software before purchase?

Yes, to start your free trial, simply sign up through our online registration form. During registration, you’ll create your account and register your organization. After that you can invite your team members. Once your setup is complete, you can schedule a training session to get you started, and you’ll be ready to use Tickmark Audit Software right away.

What is the purchase procedure?

When your free trial ends, you’ll be prompted to subscribe directly in the app. Our payment provider (Stripe) will take care of the payment process. Once payment is complete, your subscription will begin automatically, and billing will be based on the number of active users in your organization at the time of billing.

* First year package is billed after the trial period ends and all unused imports from the first year can be used in the second year.

How do you define 1 user?

For the purpose of Tickmark Reporting Tool a user is defined as a company that has purchased a license to use the tool. The fee for using Tickmark Reporting Tool is based on a number of trial balance imports a company makes in a year (so the number of employees using the tool does not influence the price).

Can I try Tickmark Reporting Tool before purchase?

Yes, you have 15 imports or 60 days free trial period (whichever comes first). To start your free trial period just fill out the details on the sign-up form. After that we email you the link, your username and password for logging into Tickmark Reporting Tool and a short user manual.

Which functionalities are included in Tickmark Reporting Tool?

Tickmark Reporting Tool includes the following functionalities: import of Trial Balance, Trial Balance mapping, entry adjustment/reclassification, Consolidation, KPI reporting, B/S and P&L lead schedules, analytical review and materiality calculation. The tool is also fully compatible with Excel, CSV, and Tickmark Audit Software.

What is the purchase procedure?

If you are happy with your trial period, after it expires, you will just have to contact us and we will make all the necessary arrangements so that you can start using Tickmark Reporting Tool permanently.
